All UK orders, once ready for dispatch, will be sent using an overnight, tracked delivery service.
'Same day despatch' applies to orders placed before 11:00 when selecting Express Shipping at the checkout. Orders placed after 11:00 will be despatched the next working day. Orders purchased with our 'Standard' or 'Free' shipping options are not eligible for same day despatch.

International Shipping / USA
Due to popular demand we are now trialling international shipping to the USA, via Royal Mail / USPS. Delivery times are estimated at 5 to 11 working days (after dispatch), although please be aware that this may be subject to change based on your location and time of year. Unfortunately we will not be able to internationally ship products that contain alcohol. This includes, but is not limited to, the products listed below:
- Eau de Parfum
- Body Mist
- Essential Oils
- Roll on Essential Oils
- Reed Diffusers
You, the customer, are responsible for any import tax or customs duties that are required to be payed.
When placing your order, you must provide a valid email address and phone number that you can be contacted through. If you do not provide either of these details and we are unable to contact you to obtain them, we will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel and refund your order as we cannot ship internationally without valid contact details.
