Acceptance of Orders

Submission of completed 'shopping cart' order forms and their associated payment and delivery details will not be deemed as an acceptance of the order. Your order and credit or debit card details will be validated before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Pricing

The prices quoted are in U.K. pound sterling and are subject to change. All prices include VAT where appropriate. We do not offer VAT refunds for overseas purchases. Promotions and prices you see in Di Palomo retail outlets do not apply to dipalomo.com and vice versa.

Di Palomo has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so prices on any previous order(s) may no longer be valid. Correct prices will be applied when your order is processed ready for shipping.

Availability of Goods

Display of an item on this site is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available when you visit our site at a later date. If you have any questions about the availability of a particular item, please contact us and we will make every effort to assist you.

Order Cancellation

The customer retains the right to cancel the order at any time prior to despatch, or within one week of delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation.
